Alison Riches, seeks to bring to all of those she comes alongside in work or life experiences a deep heart centred connection. In her work with individuals, families, teams and organisations she seeks to create experiences, and workshops that support change and growth. When working within businesses and organisations she encourages her clients to live and lead their lives in ways that allow them to be authentic and empowered. Her workshops are innovative and bring a fresh approach to learning.

Alison is an ordained Interfaith Minister and creates individual and bespoke ceremonies that support the many stepping stones in life, from beginnings to endings.  She comes alongside her clients and together they design baby blessings and naming ceremonies, wedding services or blessings and she offers end of life support with thanksgiving services, funerals and spiritual counselling.

With her life long interest in supporting heart centred living and leading and her background in business, Alison bring a unique combination of warmth, compassion, and professionalism to all she does.

Alison is single and the daughter of a sprightly octogenarian, and part of a loving, supportive family. She is the mother of two young women, and grandmother to three lively grandsons. She is also honoured to have supportive, encouraging and loving friends.
