Management and Leadership in Action Conference 2016'I laughed at your examples of how we often work as leaders recognising so many of the ‘quirky’ traits we all have. I do believe there may have also been tears (hidden as a sneeze) as you also had me recognise the importance of keeping a heart centred balance about work and home too. Your talk was so full of motivation and reality that I left feeling that I could make some changes and have started to make them. A first for me as I generally go away with good intentions and do nothing about it.
